There are no serious changes. The design looks much like Note 8. Its display is 64-inch. There is still the headphone jack. It comes with a fancy S Pen.

The camera has a photo detection feature called Flaw Detection that detects who blinked in a group photo so that the shot can be re-taken. Of course, it is a dual-camera. 

Battery 

A Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has got huge battery capacity. It has 4,000 mAh battery. It is better compared to its predecessor Note 8 which had 3,300 mAh. It comes with Quick Charger 2.0 and fast wireless charger.

The picture shown below comes from Ice Universe on Weibo which suggests that the Galaxy Note 9 bottom bezel is slightly thinner than the bezel of the OPPO R15, that is about 6.5mm. In the picture, we can see the bottom bezel size of OPPO R15.



According to previous rumors, the Galaxy Note 9 will not bring little or less difference in the design, or the size of bezels, when compared to its predecessors. However, the bottom bezel will be smaller than the one found in the Galaxy Note 8.

Talking about storage variants AndroBliz had reported that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will come with Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 paired with 6/8GB of RAM. And in conclusion, he did mention the launch date of the Galaxy Note 9 to be in the middle end of this year (August) just like when the Galaxy Note 8 was launched last year and thus, it'll be as early as August 9th.
